Nasqe is a private, for-profit organization providing professional project management, field verification, and infrastructure oversight services across global and emerging markets.

All services are delivered strictly on a professional service-fee basis, independent of construction execution or material supply.

3. Scope of Services

Nasqe provides specialized services including, but not limited to:

  • Remote project management and coordination
  • Field verification and Proof of Execution (PoE)
  • Vendor and contractor communication
  • Project documentation and structured reporting
  • Progress monitoring and milestone validation
  • Operational and oversight support

Unless explicitly stated in a written agreement, Nasqe does not act as a licensed contractor, construction company, or material supplier.

4. User Obligations

All clients and users agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date project information
  • Comply with all applicable local and international laws
  • Use the website and services only for lawful purposes
  • Refrain from fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities
  • Avoid any attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in suspension or termination of services without prior notice.

5. Service Agreement & Project Commencement

A project is officially considered commenced when:

  • A formal agreement, proposal approval, or written confirmation is issued, and
  • An invoice has been generated and delivered to the client

Service execution will begin upon payment confirmation or as otherwise defined within the agreed contractual terms.
